2022 IDBDC Registration is Open

We are extremely excited to bring back 2022 IDBDC! Our Registration is open and now you are able to register for our camp. We are asking each of you to register as soon as possible due to that there is a limited amount of Registrations available this year.

Our Hotel will be Sheraton in Pentagon City, the room rate is $129 + tax for a single or double occupancy. At this moment you can not book the rooms as of yet. We are working with hotel in providing the booking discounted rate to our attendees as soon as possible. If you are planning to stay at our host hotel you do receive a discount on the Camp Registration. Please select the option that you are staying at the hotel. We will contact you to make your booking as soon as it is available.

2022 IDBDC is back in Washington, DC

We are super excited to announce that 2022 IDBDC is to be! We are coming back to Washington, DC metro area as it has been for many years since 2006. Our Registration will open soon, so please check here often, make sure that our e-mail is whitelisted, follow our social media accounts so you can get the most up to date communications from us.

We are working on finalizing a number of items and will post updates as soon as possible.

Also please keep in mind that this years camp registrations might be limited, so make sure you register as soon as possible to secure your spot in The Largest Independent DanceSport Camp in USA.

New Location

As IDBDC continues to grow and expand, we find ourselves needing more and more space. We are excited to announce that this year, we have grown into the DoubleTree by Hilton - Crystal City. Located across the Potomac from Washington, D.C., we are excited to offer you an even bigger and better experience. With this new hotel, we are expanding our programs to include not only the main camp track which we have all come to know and love, but a junior and youth program, an Argentinean tango immersion experience, and a brand-new syllabus track program!

Important updates for 2019 IDBDC

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are excited to see everyone at 2019 IDBDC. We are diligently working to have everything prepared and all registrations processed for this years event. There are several news and update that we would like to make you aware of:

  1. Hotel Room Booking Deadline is June 15th, 2019. Make sure you reserve your hotel room ahead of time at our special rate of $99 + tax

  2. If you are planning to attend Junior/Youth program please make sure that your registration is completed before June 15th, 2019

  3. We expect to have the schedule up either slightly earlier or 2 weeks prior to this years camp.

  4. Private lessons with our instructors are becoming available as we get final confirmations of our instructor travel arrangements. Please keep checking our Private Lessons page for updates.

  5. A number of our attendies have requested to have an option of purchasing a food option, separately of their registration. We have added those options please check them in our 5-day or Per Day Registrations.

  6. If you are planning to purchase private lessons at the event, please be aware that buying a private lesson option online will be turned off as of July 2nd, 2019. After that date you will be able to purchase private lessons or registrations only at the IDBDC registration desk at the event.

Ladies and Gentlemen We are very excited to welcome all of you to 2018 IDBDC in just a few days! There are a few things that you need to now before you come to IDBDC. 

The Final 2018 IDBDC Schedule has been posted additionally there are printable links listed on our website for you to print the schedule ahead of time for your convenience for each day!

We are currently working on processing all of the private lesson times and we will be e-mailing everyone who have already purchased lessons very soon. If you still have not purchased lessons with our instructors, please do so now. We already had number of instructors sell out on specific days, do not wait untill they sell out completely! 

This year as requested we have worked out meal options for our attendies. You will be able to purchase breakfast buffet at a discounted price at our front desk (Paying cash). Price $20 (regular price at hotel is $22 (including service and taxes). Additionally Hilton will have an options of various wraps for sale for lunch. 

We also will be e-mailing everyone who have registered for our camp the small packing and information guide for 2018 IDBDC.

What an exciting year it has been here at Championship Dance Camps and IDBDC. As we are coming to the end of 2017 we would like to wish each and every single one of you A Happy 2018 New Year and Happy Holidays! Hotel Reservations

We have been recently notified that Hilton has been having technical difficulties with their system and, as of now, the ability to get the "group rate" on our website is not available. The hotel is currently working on resolving this issue and as soon as it is handled we will let everyone know.
