Here are a few things you need to know about parking at The Hotel:

• The Hotel offers on-site parking.

• Independence Day Ball Dance Camp is pleased to offer IDBDC attendees a discounted rate of $ TBA per night for self-parking in the garage attached to the Hotel. The regular parking rate is $ TBA per day.

• Additionally, TBA does have a complimentary airport Shuttle running to Ronald Regan Washington National Airport.

How to Get to IDBDC?

IDBDC is not only the largest DanceSport Camp in United States, but also the most convenient Dance Sport Camp. There are so many cost effective options to get to our host location. Whether you are planning to fly to IDBDC take the Rail Road, Bus, or even via Metro, we have many options available for your convenience. Just take a look below for information on various transportation options.

• By Air

  • The hotel is located near the three major airports that serve the Baltimore-Washington, DC area. The hotel is 4 miles from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), 27 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and 37 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI).

    • Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) –

      • The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service. Please contact Sheraton Hotel for detailed information on shuttle schedule and pick up location

    • Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

      • Take the SL1 bus to the Wiehle - Reston East Metro Station then take the Metro Silver line to the
        Foggy Bottom-GWU Station. Change Trains to a Metro Blue line and take it to Pentagon station. From there it is a 15-20 min (under 1.2 miles) walk or you can take a 16H or 16G bus to the hotel.

      • Approx. cost from IAD to the hotel using UberX: $50

    • Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI).

      • MARC - train service to Union Station, change to the Metro Red to Gallery Pl-Chinatown Station, change to the Metro Yellow to Pentagon Station. From there it is a 15-20 min (under 1.2 miles) walk or you can take a 16H or 16G bus to the hotel.

      • Approx. cost from BWI to the hotel using UberX: $65

• By Train (Union Station - Amtrak)

  • Amtrak Rail – You can take the Metro from Washington Union Station directly to the hotel. Take the Metro Red to the Gallery Pl-Chinatown Station, change to the Metro Yellow to Pentagon Station. From there it is a 15-20 min (under 1.2 miles) walk or you can take a 16H or 16G bus to the hotel.

• By Bus (UNION STATION)

  • Greyhound, Megabus, Bolt, Washington Deluxe, Best Bus, Peter Pan and other bus companies – You can take the Metro Red line to the Gallery Pl-Chinatown Station, and change to the yellow line to Pentagon Station.From there it is a 15-20 min (under 1.2 miles) walk or you can take a 16H or 16G bus to the hotel.

• METRO & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

  • The Hotel is located about 1.2 miles from the Pentagon City Station, which is on Metro’s Blue and Yellow Lines. Public transportation buses 16H & 16G are available for your transportation to the hotel and back.

  • Please be aware that hotel does offer self parking. Usual daily cost is $32 however IDBDC attendees are extended a discounted $10 a day.

There are a number of food options available to our attendees.

TBA does offer a Breakfast Buffet onsite in addition to TBA available on-site for your dining options thru-out the day.
