IDBDC Split payment option!

Independence Day Ball DanceSport Camp does offer a Split Payment Option for our attendees if requested. However, there are restrictions. Please Contact Us for more information and to registration using this option.

IDBDC Camp

Junior/Youth Program

(In 2021 IDBDC Junior/Youth Program is a part of Regular (3-day) Registration and will NOT be sleep away or an All-Inclusive Program)

IDBDC Junior/Youth Program is designed specifically for our younger attendees ages 9-21. This is a 5-day sleep-away program to prepare today’s junior and youth dancers to be tomorrow’s DanceSport Champions.

  • Please note there are 2 options for registrations available: All-Inclusive (Pay in Full/Pay in Payments) and A La Carte. Please make sure you are familiar with each option and what is included, not included and any restrictions that might apply. For more information please Check Junior/Youth & Registration Pages

  • If a Junior/Youth attendee is local and planning to commute, please contact camp directly for registration.

PRIVATE LESSONS

All of our professional coaches are ready to work with you individually. Please note that some of our coaches may have limited availability and all private lessons are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Private lessons will be open for registration once the dates for the coaches are confirmed. Please subscribe to our newsletter or keep an eye on our website for updates.

TANGO IMMERSION

Whether you are completely new to Argentine Tango or a well-seasoned Tanguero/Tanguera, you will find our lectures with industry's leading professionals to be fun, informative, and very easy to follow.

IDBDC Cancellation Policy

  • Dance Camp Registration Cancelled by

    • before 12/31/2019: Non-refundable $100 deposit for single ($200 for couples). The remainder of the balance is refundable.


    • After 1/1/2020 - 3/15/2020: Non-refundable $100 deposit for singles ($200 for couples). 50% of remaining balance is refundable.


    • After 3/15/2020 - 5/15/2020: Non-refundable $100 deposit for singles ($200 for couples). The remainder of the balance is applied towards registration for IDBDC 2021.


    • After 5/15/2020: Any payments/lessons or Registration is non-refundable.


    • Registration is partially refundable (at a discretion of the camp) according to the above guidelines if there is a documented emergency.


    • Private Lessons are not refundable.


    • Registration is non-transferable.


    • Tango Immersion, Latin Fusion, and Junior/Youth programs are non-transferable and not refundable.

2020/2021 IDBDC Camp Cancellation

  • Dance Camp Registration Cancelation:

    • 2021 & 2021 IDBDC registrations are non-refundable

    • 2020 IDBDC are transferable to 2021 or 2022 IDBDC

IDBDC Scholarship Voucher Redemption Policy

  • Vouchers cannot be gifted, transferred or sold to another person.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed within the time indicated on the Scholarship voucher.

  • Only one scholarship voucher can be used towards a single or couple registration.

  • Scholarship vouchers can only be redeemed prior to registration. They cannot be applied after registration.
